Second Phase

Initial Integration & Technical Validation

This Phase emphasises on the initial implementation and validation of the projects results by focusing on the initial proof-of-concept (PoC), that is the first releases of the VPME and its AI tools. Driven by the specification of the previous phase, the VPME prototypes are tested in pilot partners’ sites. Pilot partners are engaging with relevant citizen groups and NGOS to involve them to co-creation workshops to elaborate on the pilots’ policies in terms of comprehensiveness, relevance to their needs and potential for further adjustment (citizen-centric feedback loop); and with technical stakeholders (both internal and external) to validate VPME’s available solutions based on stakeholders’ insights on technical development that matches users needs and fosters digital transformation of public sector.
